Education is the most powerful tool for change. In the remote hills of Uttarakhand and Himachal, however, many children are deprived of quality education because of poverty, migration, and lack of resources.
Dev Bhoomi Samiti works tirelessly to ensure no child is left behind:
School Support: We provide free books, notebooks, school bags, stationery, and uniforms so that children from poor families can continue their studies.
Scholarships & Fees: For deserving students, we arrange financial help to prevent dropouts.
Skill Development: Apart from formal education, we train youth in vocational skills (like tailoring, computer literacy, and handicrafts) so they can earn a livelihood.
Awareness & Empowerment: We educate families on the importance of literacy, women’s empowerment, and digital awareness to build stronger communities.
Every child who studies becomes a ray of hope for their family. Every youth who gains skills becomes a contributor to society. Through education, we are not just helping individuals — we are breaking the cycle of poverty for entire generations.
